FPG #5 on Orlando Sentinel's Top 100

Frontline Performance Group (FPG) rounds out the top five of Orlando Sentinel’s Top 100 Companies. The global consulting firm also recently earned the distinction as a certified Great Place to Work®. Both credentials were based on excellent ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.

The Top 100 Companies are selected based on a detailed two-part assessment—an employer policies and benefits questionnaire, and an employee satisfaction survey. The survey consists of approximately 78 statements to which employees must respond on a five-point agreement scale, along with two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions.  The results are analyzed and categorized according to 8 Core Focus Areas: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training, development and resources, pay and benefits, and overall engagement.

According to the Great Place to Work study, 94 percent of FPG employees say it is a great workplace. Over 100 employees completed the survey, resulting in a 90 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 4.56.
